WHAT WE OFFER
We offer Muaythai and Kickboxing classes with a focus on fight-specific training. Technique classes take place Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with inter-club sparring taking place Thursdays and Fridays. Saturday track sessions are open to the crew.
We also offer one-on-one strength and conditioning advice through our highly specialised and experienced strength and conditioning coaches.
Muaythai is a whole body workout where you use both your arms and legs for punching and kicking.
With our unique combination of Muaythai training, fitness and strength training, along with a healthy diet, you’ll shred weight and feel great.
