We offer Muaythai and Kickboxing classes designed to make you fit and prepare you for the ring. See below to find out what classes are on offer, or check out our class timetable

Adults Classes

Adults classes are a combination of technique, fitness and sparring sessions designed to build on your skill-level. Newcomers will be taught the basic fundamentals, and as they progress, new techniques will be taught. Those who are more experienced, or have fought before, will use these sessions to keep fit and stay sharp. 


Those locked into fight will attend classes as part of their 6-8 week fight camp. Those intending to fight must consistently attend one month's full training before their name is put down for an event. Any inconsistencies in training during that one-month period will result in their name being pulled from the fighter's pool. Once committed, fighters must attend all training sessions, including Saturday training sessions. This is compulsory for all fighters. Once they have fought, fighters go on a 1-2 week break. 

*Note: Fighters are also expected to do additional training outside of class times. 

Sprints / Strength and Conditioning

These Saturday sessions are a combination of sprint training and strength and conditioning. They're usually held at Hamilton's Porritt Stadium. These sessions aim to develop general strength and speed so you can become more agile and explosive.
